Tiers are assessed quarterly by the TrackBee team based on Referred Active MRR. To advance, hit the required MRR consistently for three months — or average out over the quarter.
No. Overuse charges are excluded from MRR tier calculations to prevent temporary spikes (e.g. Black Friday) from inflating your tier placement.
Yes. Open to agencies of all sizes — solo consultants and embedded media buyers who manage client tech stacks are welcome. If you refer clients, you qualify.
Silver partners are expected to maintain at least one published case study. Gold partners co-create content, case studies, and LinkedIn posts with the TrackBee team. The Partner tier has no formal content requirement.
