What is TrackBee and who is it for?

TrackBee is the tracking layer built for Shopify brands and marketing agencies running paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok or Pinterest, and using Klaviyo for email. It captures the conversions browser pixels miss and enriches them with first-party Shopify data, so your ad platforms see the full picture.

How is TrackBee different from standard tracking?

Shopify and ad platforms rely mostly on client-side tracking, which loses significant conversion and session data to ad blockers, iOS privacy and consent banners. TrackBee uses server-side tracking and adds session enrichment through shopper profiles, so events are complete and tied to real shoppers.

Does TrackBee replace my tracking pixels?

No. TrackBee runs alongside your existing pixels and only sends data server-side when it can’t be tracked client-side. Events are deduplicated automatically, so there’s no double-counting and no risk of losing data.
