It matches each booking to the original ad click (using fbclid, gclid, or other click IDs) and sends a lead conversion event to your connected ad platforms via their server-side APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Ads, TikTok Events API, Pinterest CAPI).
Meta (via Conversions API), Google Ads (as a conversion action), TikTok (via Events API), and Pinterest (via Conversions API). If your ad platforms are already connected in TrackBee, Calendly lead events are automatically forwarded to all of them — no extra setup per platform.
You need a Calendly plan that supports personal access tokens (API access). This is available on Calendly's Professional plan and above. Check your account under Integrations & Apps → API & Webhooks to see if API key generation is available.
Yes. TrackBee tracks bookings from all team members as long as the API token was created by someone with the right permissions. Every booking is attributed back to the original ad click, regardless of which team member's calendar it was booked on.
