Keep Juo renewals out of your ad attribution

Run subscriptions on Juo? TrackBee recognises Juo orders natively. The first subscription purchase still reaches Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and GA4, while every recurring renewal after it is held back so it can’t confuse your ad algorithms.

Built for Shopify Native Juo detection One-click filter

The problem

Recurring Juo orders confuse ad algorithms

Juo creates renewal orders automatically in the background. There’s no browser session and no click ID, so when those orders reach Meta, Google or TikTok they look like conversions that came from nowhere, and the optimisation algorithm pulls in the wrong direction.

  • Recurring Juo orders have no click IDs or UTMs, because they aren’t placed via the browser
  • Ad platforms still register them as conversions, inflating ROAS and skewing optimisation
  • Tag-based filtering means tracking down the exact Juo tag and keeping it in sync over time
A JUO SUBSCRIBER'S ORDERS Order #1 First purchase click_id ✓ Real session Real source Renewal #2 Auto-generated no click_id No browser No source Renewal #3 Auto-generated no click_id No browser No source all three sent to ad platforms Meta Google TikTok + Pinterest, Klaviyo, GA4 3 conversions received 1 traceable to a source Optimisation drifts towards conversions it can't explain

How TrackBee fixes it

Filter Juo orders without touching a tag

TrackBee recognises orders from Juo natively. Pick Juo in the subscription-provider filter and every non-first Juo order stops reaching your ad platforms, while your dashboard keeps the full picture.

Native Juo detection

No tag setup. TrackBee identifies which Shopify orders come from Juo directly via the subscription provider, so the filter keeps working even if Juo changes its tags.

First order in, the rest out

The initial Juo purchase carries real click IDs and still reaches Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo and GA4 as a conversion. Every renewal after it is held back.

Clean signal for ad algorithms

Ad platforms only see conversions with real attribution data behind them. ROAS reflects true acquisition, and optimisation goes towards finding new subscribers, not echoing existing ones.

In TrackBee

FAQ

Common questions about Juo + TrackBee

Every non-first Juo order. The very first purchase a customer makes through Juo still reaches your ad platforms as a conversion. From the second order onwards (every recurring renewal), TrackBee keeps the order out of Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Klaviyo and GA4.

Juo creates renewal orders automatically, without a browser session. That means no click IDs, no UTM parameters, no real attribution. If you send them as conversions, ad platforms see purchases with no traceable source, and their algorithms start optimising on noise rather than real acquisition.

Open the Stores page in TrackBee and scroll to the Filter orders section. Under Exclude by subscription provider, pick JUO from the dropdown. The setting applies store-wide to every connected platform.

Yes. Filtered orders are only excluded from being sent to ad platforms. They stay visible in your TrackBee statistics, so internal reporting on subscription revenue remains complete.

Juo is the first subscription provider supported natively. Other apps are on the roadmap. In the meantime you can combine the subscription-provider filter with the existing tag filter under Exclude Tags to cover orders from other subscription tools.
