The Klaviyo revenue guarantee

Set up one or more of your abandonment flows with TrackBee and they'll make at least 15% more revenue a month within 3 months. If they don't, you get your money back. Here's exactly how it works.

What we guarantee: get TrackBee live on one or more of your supported abandonment flows, set up right, and the monthly revenue from those flows is at least 15% higher within 3 months. You measure it in your own Klaviyo reporting. If it isn't, you get your money back.

Which flows are covered

The guarantee covers the three abandonment flows TrackBee supports. It only counts for these flows once they're running on TrackBee, not your other Klaviyo flows or campaigns.

One flow is enough

You don't need all three. One supported flow, set up right on TrackBee, is enough to qualify.

You're covered as soon as one of your TrackBee flows hits the 15% mark. We don't promise every flow goes up, just that at least one does.

How the 15% is measured

  • On flow revenue, not total revenue. We measure the 15% on the monthly revenue Klaviyo attributes to your TrackBee flows, not your total Klaviyo revenue or your store revenue.
  • Per month. It's the monthly revenue from those flows that needs to be at least 15% higher, not a one-off or a 3-month total.
  • Within 3 months. Counted within 3 months of your TrackBee-configured flow going live.
  • In your own Klaviyo reporting. Compared against the same flow before TrackBee started recovering its events.
  • The flow has to be active. You can't grow €0 by 15%, so the flow needs to be live and bringing in revenue. A flow that's set up but switched off doesn't qualify.

What "correctly set up" means

It means your TrackBee Klaviyo integration is configured right, with the flow live and receiving the events TrackBee recovers server-side. TrackBee runs next to your current setup, so you keep everything you already have.

The estimate is not the guarantee

The calculator shows an estimated range of extra Klaviyo revenue, usually higher than 15%. That's an illustration of what TrackBee typically does, based on your inputs. It isn't the guarantee. The guarantee is the 15% floor on this page.

How to claim your money back

If your TrackBee flows haven't reached the 15% after 3 months, email our support team. They'll check your setup, and once it's confirmed, refund the subscription fees you paid over the 3-month guarantee period. You have 14 days after the 3-month mark to claim.

The guarantee is open to new customers who start on or after Wednesday 17 June 2026, and to returning customers who haven't had a TrackBee subscription in the last 30 days.

The guarantee needs a correctly set up TrackBee Klaviyo integration with at least one supported abandonment flow live. Your real results depend on your flows, list size and traffic.
